Trinity Lutheran Church in Lemoyne, PA is in search of a new part-time

Office Administrator who is personable, a self-starter and has the ability to work unsupervised in our office location in Lemoyne. Must have the ability to effectively communicate via phone or email. Needs to ensure that all Office Administrator duties are completed in a timely manner.

 

This is a part-time position at 15 hours per week with some flexibility. Monday - Thursday work 3 of the 4 days with Thursday being a required day.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Answer and direct phone calls.

  • Provide general support to members & visitors.

  • Experience working with Microsoft office: Outlook, Word, Excel, & Publisher. 

  • Understanding of basic marketing, including social media is also preferred.

  • Create & distribute Weekly Bulletins, Informational Pamphlets and a Monthly newsletter.

  • Produce and distribute correspondence, letters, and forms. 

  • Ability to use office equipment 

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

  • Order office supplies.

  • Have the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

  • Other duties as assigned in the job description. 

 

Benefits:

While this position is part time, we are able to offer a reasonably flexible schedule during regular office hours and a competitive hourly pay rate. Two weeks of paid vacation is also included. The environment is kind and nurturing. A great place to work!
